Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance, delivery charges and any related costs must be paid in full before final handover, release of documents or transport completion.

If the customer does not collect the vehicle or vessel at the agreed time, storage fees or additional costs may apply.

Any visible transport damage, missing items or delivery concerns should be reported immediately and written on the delivery note, transport document or handover document where possible.
Photos and videos should be taken at the time of delivery if damage is suspected.
Failure to report visible delivery damage promptly may limit the ability to make a claim against the transport provider or insurance.
12. Risk and Responsibility
Risk transfers according to the written agreement, the agreed delivery method and applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, responsibility may transfer when the vehicle or vessel is handed over to the customer, the customer’s representative, the agreed transport provider, marina, harbour, port or storage facility.
Where MotoComply ApS arranges transport, any transport claim must be reported as soon as possible and supported with photos, delivery notes and relevant documentation.
13. Insurance During Transport
Transport insurance may be included, offered separately or arranged by the customer depending on the transport method and written agreement.
MotoComply ApS recommends that all vehicles and vessels are insured during transport, especially for international delivery, high-value vehicles, boats and yachts.
If the customer arranges their own transport, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the transport provider has suitable insurance and professional handling capability.
14. Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail or be delayed if:
- The customer is unavailable
- The delivery address is incorrect
- Access is restricted
- Required documents are missing
- Payment has not been confirmed
- Customs or import documents are incomplete
- The receiving person is not authorized
- The transport provider cannot safely complete delivery
- Weather, port, marina or road conditions prevent delivery
If delivery fails due to the customer’s actions, missing information or lack of availability, additional costs may apply.
15. Storage Fees
Storage fees may apply if a vehicle or vessel cannot be collected, delivered, released or handed over because of customer delay, missing documents, unpaid amounts, failed delivery, customs delay or failure to arrange transport.
Storage fees may also apply for boats and yachts kept at marinas, harbours, ports, storage yards or third-party facilities.

Changes may result in additional costs, delays or revised delivery terms.
MotoComply ApS may change or postpone delivery if required for safety, legal, technical, operational, weather, customs, payment or documentation reasons.

19. Third-Party Transport Providers
MotoComply ApS may use third-party transport providers, logistics companies, marina operators, port agents, storage facilities, customs agents or other service providers.
Third-party providers may have their own terms, schedules, insurance limits and liability rules.
MotoComply ApS is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third parties outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
