Used vehicles and vessels are sold according to their age, mileage, engine hours, condition, service history, previous use, inspection status and available documentation.
13. Purchase Requests and Reservations
Submitting an inquiry, purchase request or reservation request does not automatically create a binding sale.
A transaction is only confirmed when MotoComply ApS has accepted the request in writing and the required invoice, payment, deposit, agreement or reservation terms have been completed.
For motorcycles, trikes, quads/ATVs, scooters and other powersports vehicles, MotoComply ApS normally requires the full purchase amount before reservation, confirmation, handover or delivery begins.

15. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Warranty or after-sales support depends on the product type, age, mileage, engine hours, condition, inspection status, transaction type, written sales agreement and applicable law.
No commercial warranty applies unless it is confirmed in writing by MotoComply ApS.
